I thought I had more pictures of other people...didn't even get one of Kristen and Alex. They looked very cute........Well, having a host of people at your house is a little busy, especially with lots of little kids.......Would have been fun to show you some more of your random relatives....

Some AZ pictures.....remember these weren't digital, so put up with closed eyes, etc!
James
Enjoying the back yard
Tessa wanted green popsicle, Marie didn't want green popsicle....Ben didn't want anything the girls thought they wanted (it was bedtime when we went to the store)--so Grandma solved the crisis by buying a box with only yellow popsicles. Everybodies all time favorite!!!

Yeah for Mom and Dad
Grandma Jo and Grandpa Dale just called and said that they are taking all of their children/spouses (Bobbi Neil, Dad and I, Rick and Stephanie.....plus Dale's kids/spouses) on a cruise to the Camen Islands November 22-29 this year for our Christmas present!!!
(That is over Thanksgiving, so someone will need to be in charge of the Turkey Cooking, etc. for our Salt Lake Family.......and a home for Kristen for the Holiday........)
But, won't that be a fun time for us? Better start now to loose 60 pounds between now and then!

Of course
Well, today it snowed all day long.....didn't stick, but still!!! It is nearly May!!
I took my camera to Walmart to have the pictures put on a disc at the one hour while I was grocery shopping. Well.....of course their disc thing was out of order. Blah.
I got the house clean, all unpacked, laundry done, another Scrabble game started (when dad picked me up he said, "I played my best for you but you lost........he finished up the game we had started and I lost by 80 points!!" He said we didn't have to 'count' that game.
Annie has worked her little heart out getting ready for this baby blessing. Geisler's even said that they would come. That would be fun, I haven't seen them 'forever'.
One more half day of subbing tomorrow......
That is about my day/week.
Except that I miss everyone.

Home Again
Well, I am back from Arizona. It was nice to have a bit of Summer, as it is snowing here today :)
It is very hard to wrench yourself away from beautiful little grandchildren. They are so sweet--just play, play, play, read stories, swim and color. We played lots of Mother May I? and Red Light, Green Light which was very fun. It is nice to have 3 little bodies snuggle up to you to read them a story.
I bought a little one time use camera, so hopefully they can put it on a disc and I can get some pictures on the website. Very very annoying to leave a camera behind.
I love you all and miss everyone.

My cousin
My cousin, Jon, Aunt Edith Sealander's boy......was found dead in his home in Aspen Colorado yesterday. He had been dead at least 2 weeks. Can you imagine anything so sad as to be so alone that you could be dead for 2 weeks and no one would come looking for you? It looks like he had perhaps had a heart attack while on a tread mill......He lives alone, and is a ski instructor at Aspen, so not working at the moment, so no one missed him. Very sad!

I'm trying not to be a slug........
Today I 'taught' biology for half the day, then on the way home stopped in to say hi to Brennan and Cade and Annie and EmmaRay.....(they were at the store, so I went in to see them there, at old Navy)......then I came home. I made bread, did all the laundry and ironing, cleaned up, called all of my children (some of you twice), ate fresh bread and hot chocolate for dinner and it is only 6:00. Dad won't be home for several hours--I guess I will go sew for a while or something. 'teaching' at the jr/sr/high basically means 'reading', so I don't really feel like reading any more tonight. But, the 'fam' is having fun: S&A are going out to dinner at a friends house, M&L are going up the street to a birthday party, A&M are going out to dinner, K is flying a kite, J&A are hopefully relaxing, and Lisa didn't answer her phone (either sleeping or doing something!!). Dad is up painting the Clearfield house. I had already been up there cleaning for 2 days, and will go again tomorrow, so didn't want to go up again today. The wind chimes are blowing, and the sun is shining, so I thought I would take a walk. I stepped out side, a huge microburst of wind came through and pushed small rocks and dirt in my face and almost blew me over, so I guess I will just stay home and look out the window. That is my day.

Boring.......
Today I subbed for math classes at a jr. high school in Magna. It was a long, BORING day....
They had a short worksheet to do.......and then 'free time'.....So, they all just sat around on desks and chatted.
Good enough kids, and a beautiful school, but WAY boring. I read 3 books today!

G & G come to visit while Merilee and family were here
Jarom's "Not another picture, grandma...."
Grandpa saying his howdy's
3 little boys sitting on the sofa
Annie and Grandma, chatting
Visiting with Grandma
Meri, Ezra and Grandpa
I, unfortunately, miss placed my camera, so I didn't get any pictures of Meri's birthday celebration, or any pictures with Lance in them. However, it was wonderful to see everyone...even though I was sick before they left, and could only lay on the sofa and watch them pack. What a pathetic grandma. Anyway, Ezra is the smilingest boy, and Jarom is the 'thinkingist' boy. Both are sweet as the day is long. Meri and Lance looked great!! My visit with them was short, but sweet. I miss them already. Like dad said, "The house is sure quiet"
