A get well wish to Summer

GET WELL QUICK, WE ALL LOVE YOU!!

This is what I did today

I don't know if you can even tell what these are.....but they are little patchwork pillows....with a yellow arrow on them for my primary class. This is why I want 6 kids in my class not 13. The tag says follow the light by reading your scriptures, saying your prayers and following Jesus. It was a nice thing to do with little scraps of left over fabric....most left over from bear, dog and cat quilts!! Took longer than I thought. I only made 12....rarely do all 13 come....so, of course, tomorrow, they will all be there..................:)

I'm a loser.........

Ok, I felt bad losing the last game by 85 points. I lost this one by 133!!! I shoulda quit while I was ahead.......

Ewwww.........

Well, so far our mouse traps haven't worked, but dad said, "That is OK, because you ran over and squished a mouse this morning on your way to work."

Scrabble

Well....Dad and I play Scrabble continuesly......one of us will start a game, and then we take turns as we walk by. We usually finish the game by bedtime. Dad almost always wins, of course, which he as done for the last 33 years......but this game I lost by 85 points!! Ahhhh........I think in our whole married life I have won maybe 10 Scrabble games out of about 800 or more played....why do I still like it so much??? :)
